A Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body – Why Students are a Key Audience for Supplements

Some  of  the  toughest  situations  you  ever  have  to  deal  with  hit  you  when  you’re  at college. Your brain needs to be at its sharpest and you have to memorize pages and pages of facts. Preparing for exams and tests is hugely stressful and often involves sleep deprivation (as can the active social life many students enjoy).
